What is a theory coach ?

A theory coach is not a coach in the conventional sense, and they definitely aren’t a therapist. A theory coach provides perspective on the problems you are experiencing and helps to integrate them into the projects you want to do. Drawing on cultural and social theory (as far from their academic applications as possible), working with a theory coach helps you to build clear, dynamic models of what is going on and point to potential routes forward. These tools can be applied to office politics, interpersonal dynamics, process design, organisation, communication and aesthetics, in professional, personal, artistic and political contexts.

Base rates

Individual coaching service — 1200kr
This service is a 1-hour consultation, after which you will receive an audio recording and summary. The rates for longer sessions and repeat visits are negotiable.

Group coaching – 250kr per person
This service is a 90-minutes consultation session of groups of between 4 and 6. after which you will receive an audio recording and summary. Groups can either come together or joined as an individual.

(Collective/non-profit) coaching service – 6000kr per day.

(Organisation or Business) coaching service – 15.000kr per day
