(What the fuck is going on?)
Monthly, critical cultural theory workshops about the messiness of all the things at SuperCPH

It’s kind of a mess, right? Like all the things. Work can be pretty meaningless when it is not absolutely anxiety-inducing, but the rents are also pretty high. Friendships and community can seem like a luxury that is hard to retain when the pressures of nuclear coupledom and reproduction are so individualised and isolated, and public spaces keep disappearing. And that before we get onto the big stuff like raising geopolitical tensions, tech surveillance and addiction, the ascendency of fascism and the collapse of the climate. At times like these, it can help to try to get a clear sense of what is going on, and theory is a great tool for that. Especially if you take it out of the competitive context of formal education. These workshops aim to do just that by providing you a critical tool kit with which to think about what the fuck is going on, in a relaxed and constructive atmosphere. When people sign up, they can email a question or a problem, and the workshop will be designed to help address them. The workshops will take the questions and problems as the starting point to dive into resources of critical cultural theory through explanation, conversations and activities in smaller groups. At the end of the workshop, we’ll draw the connections together and be able to see more clearly what exactly is going on, and have a better idea of what can be done about it.
